SNP "a bunch of 9/11 deniers", say internutters

A group of highly-trained tweeters sought to end the separation debate last night when they pointed out the Scotlandshire government's links to 9/11.

BBC Scotlandshire believes the group, apparently nicknamed The Ninja Lizards, have found evidence that those in favour of destroying the UK contest official reports of the September 11 attacks in New York in 2001.

One Ninja Lizard tweeted: "The website Wings Over Scotlandshire, a wing of the SNP because they are both separatist Nazis, are a bunch of sub-tabloid trutherists." When it was pointed out the definition of truther relates mainly to 9/11 questioners, he tweeted back: "Yeah. That'll do."

Another internet nutter, or internutter, howled: "These needle-dicked fascists speak for the SNP. I am glad they are being drowned out by the positive case for the union." When asked to provide any evidence, the user cited Twitter's 140-character limit as a valid reason not to divulge further.

Pushed for an explanation, SNP sympathiser Stuart Campbell said: "This lizard onslaught has only led to more donations, which keeps me in KP Mini Chips. It comes at a time when Wings Over Scotlandshire's unique readership leapt from 33,055 to a staggering 50,304 – a one-month increase of 52%.

"Fancy that, eh?"
